Resume
In our lab we have developed the ASAP database for the community analysis of genomes. The database stores genome sequence data, and is accessible and updatable through a web interface. I am involved in the ongoing development of the database, including genome annotation, software development, and addition of new features to ASAP, including the integration of molecular interaction data. I am also involved in comparative genomic studies and expression microarray analysis in order to determine the processes and factors involved in microbial pathogenesis.
